Cracks, cracks everywhere!

I bought a Mazda 3 2009 that came with Eagle RSA tires. I had noticed road noise with these tires but the biggest complaint I have is that after only 17,000 miles, all four tires have cracks all over and inside the grooves. I am planning to drive over 12,000 while on my vacation, but I had to replace and spend $750.00 for all four new tires. All these cracks look really scary for high-speed driving.
