I had 8 Cooper Zeon ZPT's placed on two different vehicles a year apart. Both vehicles have developed cupping and extreme road noise despite attention to pressure and regular rotation.

Two different drivers and vehicles leads me to believe tire defects. Two vehicles were Mercedes E350 and Subaru Legacy GT Limited. The Merceds has become so noisy you can hardly talk to passengers.
