Poor on Grand Caravan

I bought Cooper CS4 tires due to the great reviews but have been disappointed. On my 2005 Grand Caravan SE+ they are very loud, and have very poor traction on ice.

Tire performance on the CS4's can vary greatly depending on what vehicle you put them on, so these may be great tires on other cars. But they are terrible on my van.
