WHO GETS 40K MILES OUT OF MICHELIN LATITUDES??

From new, these tires are hard-riding, and not as good in the snow as my Goodyear Triple Treads. I even dropped them 2)lbs. to see if the ride improved, and it did. (Simply proof its not my SUV's suspension) Since they always seem to need air, I put them back at the proper pressure, to stave off the tire alert.
My all wheel drive SUV has just 18,000 miles of city driving on them, and I'm down to 3/32 of even, perfect-alignment tread.
I have zero interest in replacing these with more Latitudes, or for that matter, any tire made by Michelin. I'd be happy if they lastet 30,000 miles. The good news is, since they won't make 20, the sooner I can re-boot with Goodyears!
